• SMS confirmations to customers who submit contact forms and provide express SMS consent
• SMS lead alerts to business owners enrolled in Crown Web Co.'s lead notification service

No marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages are sent.

• Customers: 1 SMS per form submission
• Business owners: 1 SMS per lead received

May apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Crown Web Co. does not charge for SMS messages directly.

Crown Web Co. provides custom web design, development, and digital services to local businesses. Services may include:

• Custom website design and development (single-page and multi-page)
• Mobile-responsive design
• Contact form setup and lead capture integration
• SMS lead notification setup (via third-party services)
• Website hosting and domain management (via Netlify)
• Ongoing website maintenance and care plans

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are outlined in the proposal provided prior to project start. Verbal agreements are not binding - only written proposals signed or acknowledged via email constitute a service agreement.

One-time project fees:

• 50% non-refundable deposit due before project work begins
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion, before final files or domain transfer are delivered

Monthly care plans:

• Billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe
• First payment due upon plan activation
• Invoices sent on or around the same date each month

Payments more than 7 days past due may result in suspension of hosting and services. A $25 late fee may be applied to accounts 14+ days overdue. All payments processed securely through Stripe. Crown Web Co. does not store credit card information.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final website files, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code produced by Crown Web Co. Ownership does not transfer until final payment is received in full.

Crown Web Co. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses. Custom-generated images produced via AI tools are delivered as work-for-hire upon full payment.

• Up to 2 rounds of revisions included in standard project packages
• Revisions are adjustments to existing work, not new features or scope changes
• Additional revision rounds billed at $75/hour

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Respond to design review requests within 5 business days
• Review and approve all content and design before launch
• Ensure all content provided is owned by the client or properly licensed

• Essential Care ($55/mo): Hosting, uptime monitoring, minor text/image updates
• Signature Care ($115/mo): Everything in Essential plus priority support, monthly content updates
• Crown Care ($235/mo): Everything in Signature plus SEO updates, landing page additions, lead reporting

Care plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance
• Projects cancelled after substantial work may incur additional fees
• Projects with 30+ days of client non-response are considered closed; deposit forfeited
• Care plan cancellations: 30 days written notice to clientsupport@crowncitywebco.com

• Crown Web Co. makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, lead volume, or search engine rankings
• We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by third-party providers
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

• We do not send unsolicited marketing emails or SMS messages
• We do not use your data to build advertising profiles
